Since joining Freeman in 1991 David has filled a diverse range of roles and has amassed a unique perspective on the industry. Because he is tasked with not only developing a cohesive global vision but also with articulating that vision and rallying his team to take smart, strategic action, he places a high priority on recruiting and mentoring the account management and marketing professionals that share his commitment to customer success. As a result, he and his team deftly translate client needs into marketable service enhancements as they help the world’s most influential brands amplify their own customer experiences around the world.
