FMBE Awards: Vodafone Takes Home Honours
Vodafone's Future Breakers Live sponsorship at Capital's Summertime Ball is a winning activation
We are thrilled for the Vodafone team! Vodafone Future Breakers Live at Capital's Summertime Ball received honours in three categories at the Field Marketing and Brand Experience Awards (FMBE) 2016: silver for most effective sponsorship activation (music and film), silver in the most effective integration/amplification category, and bronze for most immersive event (mass consumer).
Capital's Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium in London attracts 80,000 consumers each year. Vodafone activated its sponsorship of the 2016 instalment to connect with the event’s target audience of tech-savvy, music-loving 13-19-year-olds. The Vodafone Future Breakers Live event concept featured many shareable moments, including live music performances from emerging unsigned artists, a secret garden, a superstar village and oversized emojis.
The annual FMBE Awards recognise the best in the field marketing and brand experience industry. The winners were announced on October 20, 2016 at Troxy in East London.
