Office Manager

Our San Francisco office is searching for an Office Manager to support our tribe and manage day-to-day office activity in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for this role may include some or all of the following:  Human Resources, office oversight, reception, time entry, travel, purchasing, and serving as the "face" of FreemanXP for clients and guests. This role should embody our brand characteristics and live our values. The Office Manager will serve as point person within the office to assist and partner with the Human Resources Department on any HR-related issues. 

Additional duties include:

  • Oversee Human Resource administrative functions for all office and remote employees, including administration of all required employment related paperwork for hiring, onboarding, corrective action, and training. 
  • Work closely with HR Generalists to ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are adhered to.  Ensure personnel files are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Function in an employee relations role as required.
  • Assist with deployment of annual benefits enrollment and training initiatives.  Function as liaison between Corporate Benefits and office employees to answer any benefits questions.
  • Manage or assist in the coordination of injury and safety claims, both in-office, and on-site.
  • Manage office events such as Customer Service Week, Star of Excellence, Solutionist Summits, etc.
  • Manage travel arrangements for guests and contractors as needed.
