Client Solutions Manager

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Seattle office.

If so, continue reading. We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to manage the accounts of Tier 3 customers by meeting their needs and working with production teams to meet deliverables.  You will manage and administer internal processes and act as a bridge between the sales and the operations team to ensure that all key players are consistently up to date on new opportunities, client requests and resource needs. Managing the coordination and content aggregation for client presentations is essential. Additional duties include:

  • Work with Tier 3 customers directly, as assigned, and manage relationships and project teams
  • Ensure that customer needs are met and alert appropriate team members to any failures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Work in conjunction with various department leads and team members to enter in accurate data for using critical thinking skills to ensure appropriate information is captured, maintained and updated
  • Deliver accurate, detailed and thorough RFP and presentation responses. Drive collaboration between Sales/Creative and other departments to meet objectives of deliverables and content preparation of RFPs. 
  • Document and post all RFP’s in organized fashion for easy reference moving forward
  • Document all creative “imagine” pieces and tag accordingly for future reference
