Client Services Director

FreemanXP is on the lookout for a Client Services Director

The Client Services Director is responsible for connecting the agency’s creative efforts with the client’s needs, from leading the first meeting of the account to assisting in research to establish a point of view. With your experience and leadership, you are able to problem solve and exercise critical thinking in order to put forth the best recommendations to both your team and your client. You understand what is required to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and know how to help them achieve their business objectives by using brand experience as a method of delivery. Additional duties include:

  • Identify and actively pursue new opportunities in Singapore and across Asia Pacific and understand what is required for their conversion
  • Builds relationships with clients and takes an informed approach with them, understanding their business and their offering as your insight to clients should be second to none
  • Be involved in driving the pitch process, working with teams to ensure that proposals achieve desired objectives, addresses concerns and meets timelines
  • Understand the value of rate cards and importance of contract negotiations, and able to execute them as required
  • Work alongside the Director of Client Services to develop growth strategies that will specifically focus on tapping into new markets, independently writing and executing client development plans for key client relationships;
  • Maintain relevant components of client database through Salesforce management system, generate reports and manage Salesforce integrity on a regular basis.
