Account Director

FreemanXP is looking to hire a dynamic, multi-dimensional Account Director, who will be responsible for establishing and managing account teams, setting clear and measurable expectations, driving communications to all team members involved (internal and external), and ensuring the growth of enterprise wide account relationships.

Skilled and successful in conducting strategic discussions at the highest possible level within a client organization in order to build relationships and deliver on a value-added proposition with both internal team members and external partners and clients. In addition to maintaining existing business, position will be responsible for expanding and deepening service offering across all Freeman products and services. Position sets the bar by example and operates at the highest level of the value chain by deliver.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owns multiple accounts and is the main client contact on accounts assigned by SVP, Growth
  • Grows account teams and successfully leads and mentors staff
  • Applies a strategic account management approach to key accounts
  • Works with leadership to identify resources (roles & responsibilities) needed for program support and works with key partners
  • Provides clear direction, information, and expectations to team members, vendors, suppliers, and additional resources
  • Responsible for quality control and highest possible output for all deliverables from FreemanXP departments including (creative, strategy, operations, production, entertainment, and digital)
  • Responsible for managing overall profitability of individual programs as well as specific account assignments
  • As needed, performs strategy and operations tasks. Provides support and reports on key account relationships to senior leadership.
  • Prepares all account updates including quarterly Account Plan, sales forecasts, staffing and resource needs, and business development plans, related to individual accounts
  • Works with SVP, Growth to determine specific growth targets and metrics
  • Generates new business activity and opportunities on assigned targets
  • Supports FreemanXP leadership with specific assignments and tasks as directed
